Japan is a country of paradoxes – both ancient and hyper modern, financially prosperous yet spiritually poor. Nearly 1.5 million people live as modern-day recluses and every year tens of thousands of people die “lonely deaths”, their passing going unnoticed for weeks or months. Japan needs the gospel and media is the perfect way to bring it to them. Pray for FEBC Japan’s broadcasts, which serve as company to many lonely listeners. Pray also that the Lord will raise up new leaders and broadcasters to reach the unreached in Japan.
