FEBC Ukraine – WEEKLY SUMMARY: The number of orphans in Ukraine are rapidly increasing. Typically about 20% are orphans whose parents died and 80% of the children are social orphans. Social orphans come from abandonment, abuse, and violence, with parents who are drug addicts or alcoholics. This is certainly a tragedy that needs God’s intervention. Vladimir Sayenkov is a missionary in Ukraine who promotes adoption through FEBC broadcasts. He and his wife, Elena, became foster and adoptive parents to six children. Please pray for Vladimir and his family and for all the orphans. Pray that these broadcasts will touch people’s hearts and move them to take action.
