While Christianity is tolerated in Malawi, believers suffer severe persecution in certain rural areas where Islam is the dominant religion. FEBA listeners are beaten, kicked out of their villages, and must sometimes watch as their homes are destroyed. The country is also gripped by severe food shortages. Despite the hardships, FEBA Malawi faithfully carries out the Great Commission, travelling to remote villages to encourage believers and distribute radios, audio Bibles, Bibles, and occasionally food. Pray for FEBA Malawi as they minister to persecuted listeners and hungry souls.
