FEBC Chinese Ministries  – WEEKLY SUMMARY: The people in China face many challenges and live under severe psychological pressure. China’s churches have also been facing all kinds of challenges since the new religious regulations are being enforced since February 2018. Hundreds, or even thousands Christian gatherings are being crackdown in various provinces. According to ChinaAid, the Chinese government is intensifying its crackdown on Christianity in areas with a high concentration of Christians. Recently, authorities have evicted dozens of house churches, destroyed church buildings, and demolished the crosses atop of government-sanctioned churches. Many of FEBC Chinese Ministries’ listeners and Liangyou Theological Seminary students sent in reports telling them that children under 18 are not allowed in churches, official Three-Self Churches and house gatherings.
