With a humble beginning in 1969 in a small bedroom turned recording studio, FEBC Indonesia began airing radio broadcasts through FEBC’s shortwave station in the Philippines. The people of Indonesia speak almost 700 different languages (not including dialects), and only 60% of the population can understand the official Indonesian language. This is why FEBC Indonesia offers broadcasts in 10 additional languages, all of them ethnic.
